ProductVideo is operated by Jianbo Ying, an individual based in Shanghai, China. This policy covers productvideo.shop and the information sent when a store owner connects the plugin to our official update service.

Information we use

We use your email address, account identifier, authentication records and accepted purchase terms version to provide your account. We keep order references, subscription status, paid service periods and refund or dispute records to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate or incorrect entitlements. Creem handles checkout and payment details; we do not receive or store your complete card number or security code.

Connecting official updates sends your store domain, plugin version and limited update credentials. It does not send your product videos, store orders or visitor viewing summaries to us. Support messages contain information you choose to send. Please remove customer data, passwords and credentials before contacting support.

The website keeps daily totals of public page views and Free downloads for up to 90 days. These counters contain only an approved page path, event name, day and count. They do not store cookies, visitor identifiers, query strings, IP addresses or user-agent strings, and they are approximate rather than unique visitor counts.

The plugin stores gallery settings and optional viewing summaries on your own WordPress site. Viewing summaries are off by default. Store owners manage those records and their own visitor notices. YouTube and Vimeo receive information directly from visitors when their players are loaded under your store's consent controls; their policies apply.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, release storage and security services. Purelymail delivers account messages and hosts support mail. Creem processes purchases as Merchant of Record and keeps records for its own payment and legal responsibilities. Their privacy policies explain their processing. Our operation and providers may process information outside your country. We do not promise data is stored only in the United States.

Cookies, security and retention

We use necessary authentication and security cookies. We do not use advertising trackers or session recordings. We do not sell your personal information. Technical security data may be processed by our hosting provider. We keep credentials out of application logs and use short-lived, single-use sign-in links.

Account information is kept while needed to provide your account and services. We plan to remove ordinary support records 90 days after a case closes and application diagnostics within 30 days. Necessary transaction, dispute and legal records may be retained longer where required. Deleting an account revokes sessions and update credentials but does not remove records we must retain. Provider backups and their own records follow their policies. Local plugin viewing summaries cover a rolling 90 days and can be cleared by the store owner.

Your choices

You can disconnect a store, cancel renewal, and ask to access, correct, export or delete your account information. Contact privacy@productvideo.shop. We verify that a request concerns your account without asking for your password. We explain any records we must retain. Your applicable statutory rights remain available. The service is intended for adult store operators, not children.
