ProductVideo is operated by Jianbo Ying, Shanghai, China. These terms cover our website, official downloads, updates and support. The plugin source code is licensed under GPLv2 or later; that license governs your rights to use, modify and redistribute the delivered software.

What Pro includes

Pro costs US$79 per 12-month service period and renews automatically unless canceled. Applicable checkout taxes are shown by Creem before payment. Pro includes the addon, up to six videos per product, gallery styles with built-in icons, video metadata, optional local viewing summaries, optional sticky playback, official updates and priority support for one connected production store. Product count is not a billing quota; media and site capacity depend on your own host and media providers.

A new purchase starts a 12-month paid period. Normal renewal extends service from the end of the previous paid period; paying early does not shorten existing service. A new purchase after a lapse starts a new period. Your account shows the confirmed service dates. Any price change will be disclosed before it applies, with notice and consent where required.

Support and compatibility

Support covers installation, configuration and defects in our published supported environments. It does not include custom theme development, hosting administration, video creation or store maintenance. Priority refers to the paid support queue, without a fixed response time or around-the-clock guarantee. Check the compatibility page before buying and use Free to check your layout. The published matrix identifies tested versions and unsupported builders; it is not a promise of universal compatibility.

Official updates and support cover one production store at a time. You may disconnect the old store and connect a replacement. This service limit does not restrict the GPL rights to delivered software. Keep your downloaded copy; we do not promise permanent cloud downloads after service ends.

Cancellation, refunds and continued use

Cancel renewal through the billing portal in your account, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves the remaining paid period. When service expires, official new downloads, updates and support end. Installed plugin functionality remains available, including if our update service is unavailable.

Our refund policy provides a full refund within 30 days of each purchase or renewal. A full refund ends the services associated with that payment and cancels its subscription renewal. It does not disable delivered GPL software or erase another valid paid period. Creem's rights and applicable consumer rights remain unchanged; see the refunds page.

Your content and account

Use media you own or have permission to use. Your store remains responsible for its hosting, backups, visitor privacy and consent for external players or viewing summaries. Do not send secrets or customer personal data in support requests. Keep account and update credentials secure; contact us to revoke compromised credentials. We may restrict abusive service access to protect the service and other customers, while preserving applicable rights and existing lawful obligations.

ProductVideo is independently developed and is not endorsed by WordPress, WooCommerce, YouTube or Vimeo. We do not guarantee sales growth, search rankings or third-party uptime.
